On Thursday, March 21 at 7PM, an Interfaith Vigil for Peace and Tolerance was held at the Veterans’ Memorial in front of the Albert O. Little Community Center at Artesia Park. Many members of the community joined Mayor Tony Lima, City Councilmembers Ali Taj, Melissa Ramoso, and Rene Trevino, and faith leaders in reflecting and honoring victims of recent tragedies that have targeted people of many faiths around the world, and to celebrate peace and tolerance.
