The City of Artesia has partnered with the County of Los Angeles Department of Animal Care and Control (DACC) to provide a pet license amnesty period to Artesia residents who are dog or cat owners. This provides City residents an opportunity to have any late fees on a pet license waived. This applies to both late fees for renewals or new licenses purchased between August 1 through October 31.
