Artesia's regular city council meeting has been rescheduled to January 21 while the City Council attends the California Contract Cities Association 48th Annual Legislative Orientation.
This conference is attended by city representatives from all over California, and gives councilmembers an opportunity to learn about the various state and federal legislation that affects California cities.
