In order to simplify the process for residents, the City of Artesia offers an online service request tool that the community can use to report concerns in the city. Issues such as fallen tree branches, graffiti, illegal dumping, and more can all be reported through this system. The City hopes this system will make it convenient for residents to help keep the community clean and safe, and simpler for the City to address issues quickly as they arise.
