On Thursday, March 28, at the California Association for Local Economic Development’s annual training conference in Anaheim, the City of Artesia accepted an Award of Excellence for its Restaurant Incentive Program. The award recognized the unique and community-oriented attitude the City has to fostering a vibrant local economy in Artesia.
