The City of Artesia will hold a free Academy Program designed to inform the community about the functions of their City, the services that are offered, and the opportunities available to get involved. The Academy series will be offered one day a week for six consecutive weeks, to both residents and businesses. The curriculum will cover a variety of topics of interest tailored for each group.
