As part of its efforts to protect businesses and consumers in the City during the COVID-19 pandemic, the City Council passed urgency ordinances No. 20-895U and 20-897U last spring that place a cap on the prices of third-party delivery services. The City is distributing flyers this week to remind businesses of these protections, which remain in place as long as a declared local emergency exists.
