Who is Linda Buell's Dance Workshop?
Linda Buell's Dance Workshop opened in 1969 with the mission to instruct dance in an educational and fun way! When the studio closed its brick and mortar location in 2020 due to the pandemic, Miss Devyn, Linda Buell's granddaughter, continued the legacy with starting dance classes at Artesia Park! We strive to provide a happy, healthy, and positive learning experience for our students. We give students personal attention in a positive atmosphere. After all, dance class is not just about learning dance steps. It helps our young students gain confidence in themselves! Our instructors are well qualified, knowledgeable, and sincerely enjoy teaching dance. Please come see for yourself.
Children who are new to dance or have danced before are all welcome! We are currently offering classes in Pre-Ballet, Beginning Ballet, Intermediate Ballet, Hip-Hop, Jazz, Lyrical, and Tap for ages 3-12. We are always looking to expand our program so if you're interested in a different style of dance or private classes please reach out to Miss Devyn at (562)-343-0791 or devynpatri2@gmail.com.

At the end of the session we will perform a routine to show off what we have learned!
Intermediate Ballet: This class will start with a warm up & stretch with fun music and then move to the ballet barre where students will practice more advanced ballet positions and technique. Please bring your child to the instructor at the door of the classroom and then pick them up 45 minutes later. To minimize distractions, parents need to wait outside the classroom.
