In the aftermath of the deadly Nepal earthquake that has claimed the lives of thousands and displaced hundreds of thousands, the City of Artesia and the American Red Cross have partnered to provide tents and money for relief for the people of Nepal.
One of the issues that this partnership seeks to address is to provide a reliable means to assure that any money or tents donated will in fact get to the right people - the displaced victims of the Nepal earthquake.
